Service & payment terms
What you pay
Two charges, both disclosed before you pay:
- A one-time activation fee of $499.99, charged at signup.
- A recurring monthly service fee of $29.99, beginning 30 days after activation and charged monthly thereafter until you cancel.
What activation covers
The compliance audit, Meta Business Manager and domain verification, pixel and Conversions API setup, the creative library, and the account architecture plan. This is the bulk of the work and it is delivered in the first days.
What the monthly covers
Account monitoring, ongoing claim review as you write new copy, Ad Portal access, and your account manager.
What neither covers
Advertising spend and platform fees are separate, are paid by you directly to the advertising platform, and never pass through us. Any campaign management beyond monitoring is quoted separately before you commit to it.
Cancelling
You can cancel the monthly service at any time. There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. Cancel by calling +1 516-896-5733 or replying to any email from us — we will not put you through a retention process.
Everything produced during activation — the audit, the creative library, the verified accounts, the domains and pixels — remains yours whether or not you keep the monthly service.
Refunds
The activation fee is refundable in full within seven days of payment, provided the audit has not yet been delivered. No conditions and no retention call. Once the audit and creative library have been delivered, the activation fee is earned.
Monthly service fees are not refundable for a period already served, but cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
Delivery
Ad Portal access opens the moment activation payment clears. Your audit findings and creative library are delivered to the portal within five business days.
Meta access
Immediately after payment you complete a short Meta access form so we can request partner access to your Business Manager. We request partner access only through Meta Business Settings. We never ask for, receive, or store your password. You can see exactly which assets we can reach and revoke that access at any time in one click, without affecting your ads.
Refunds
Refundable in full within seven days of payment, provided the audit has not yet been delivered. No conditions and no retention call. Once the audit and creative library have been delivered, the fee is earned.
Ownership
You own everything from day one — ad accounts, domains, pixels, creative files, and lists are all in your name and are handed over complete whenever you ask, including on the day you decide to leave.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider under their own terms, which are linked directly beneath the checkout. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure page and never touch this site.
Advertising & compliance disclosures
Research-use-only materials
RUO ADS provides marketing services to businesses selling research-use-only materials. All products referenced in campaigns we manage are intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption, or for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
No circumvention
We operate within the published policies of every advertising platform we buy on. We do not provide services designed to conceal advertiser identity or circumvent platform review, and we do not offer exemption from any platform’s restricted-category rules.
What verification does and does not do
Business verification and domain verification improve account standing and lift the default limits and review friction that unverified accounts carry. They do not remove category restrictions. Research compounds sit in a restricted category on the major platforms and remain there regardless of who manages the account.
No guarantee of account access
No advertising platform guarantees continued account access, and neither can we. Platforms change policy without notice, and enforcement is frequently automated and sometimes wrong. What we can do is remove the reasons platforms usually act, and tell you which risks you are still carrying.

The claim checker
The free claim checker runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste is transmitted to us or stored. It identifies common policy failure patterns and is not legal advice, not a guarantee of approval, and not a substitute for a full review of your advertising and landing pages.
